This recently happened to one of our clients who was refinancing with her bank.
She had gotten pulled into a banner that was advertising a particularly low rate at her bank. She asked the teller about the rate, and before she knew it, she was in the process of refinancing. The bank never explained the process, the fees, and what she could expect.
