After 23 years as a Loan Originator, I know what is extremely important! My clients come first, communication is key, and results are the many smiles at the closing table.

After graduating from Florida State University, I was fortunate when a friend of mine told me about a mortgage company that was hiring in Tampa. They hired me and fortunately provided me with EXTENSIVE training! I FOUND MY PASSION! This passion has never left me! 

I personally give each borrower my personal attention. I discuss their individual circumstances, income, assets, credit. I discuss monthly comfort payment amount for a new mortgage. I make sure that the loan they are qualified for meets THEIR individual goals! I’m hands on each and every step of the loan process.


My investment through the loan process with my borrowers is always 100%! My greatest happiness in my career is to see the huge smiles on my borrower’s faces at the closing table!  I truly understand that not only is this the largest financial transaction for most but for many … this is their new HOME… where they will be creating ever lasting memories! 

The many referrals, through the years, from my Realtors, repeat clients and client referrals have been unbelievably strong. Why? It is because they all know that when I give my pre approval on a loan… the loan will close! But most importantly… the borrower’s will be EXTREMELY happy! Bottom line is… when I say I will close a loan… I will! Communication is key! And my team and I give it throughout the entire loan process!


Personally… when I am not working my dream job… I enjoy being a mom to my 2 amazing children Macy and Max, working out, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with friends.

Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Renovation, and Much More!

Conventional Mortgage

Conventional Mortgages typically range from 15 to 30 years and are preferred by borrowers with good credit. These loans have more options. You can choose to put down 20% or more and avoid PMI. You also have the option to put down as little as 3%. The terms are more flexible and finding the right loan for your circumstances is easy when you work with us.

FHA Mortgage

First-time homebuyers and homebuyers with less cash for a down payment tend to prefer FHA loans. With an FHA loan, you can have as little as 3.5% of the purchase price for a down payment. You can also qualify for an FHA loan with lower credit scores.

VA Mortgage

VA loans are only available to active duty and military veterans with 90 days of active service during wartime or 181 days during peacetime. VA loans offer veterans a no-money-down loan and competitive interest rates. Jumbo loans are also available through the VA loan program.

Jumbo Mortgage

Jumbo loans are available to homebuyers purchasing homes with high property values. A property must be valued over $726,200 to qualify as a jumbo loan; however, limits are determined by location. Your specific location will determine whether or not you need a jumbo loan.
